Reinstall mobile app to re-initiate cases download

If you are seeing no cases in your app after update, you will need to delete app and data and retrigger so it downloads all data again.

Prior to starting this process ensure you are.
- Connected to wifi
- The phone is on charge.

Step 1. From home screen of the app press company logo in top left to get to 'Profile' screen.



Step 2. Log Out - Press the log out button and ensure the app takes you back to the login screen.



Step 3. From the home screen hold down on app and press remove app.



Step 4. (1st pop up) You will be presented with a pop up asking you to remove 'Case', press the 'Delete App' button


Step 5. (2nd pop up) When asked to remove 'data' press the 'Delete' Button

NOTE: If you are running an older version of iOS and you don't receive these pop ups to delete 'case data', you will need to manually do it from the iphone settings.

Iphone settings > iphone storage > Find 'Case' in the list and delete

Step 6. Reinstall the app from the App store

Step 7. Log back into the app as normal using your credential

Step 8. IMPORTANT - The app will now initiate the case download sequence shown by case count on screen.

This will take a maximum of 5 mins to complete - Allow this download to complete before closing the app.
