Users with admin permissions can access and edit the information in the company settings panel, to provide company info, including logos and colour schemes that will be utilised throughout the application.
All admin settings can be found by access the admin panel via the settings button on the top right of any page.
If you don’t see this settings button you don’t have admin permissions. Please contact an admin for support!
From the admin menu simply select company to access the company page
Input Details
Please use the input descriptions below to provide the appropriate company information.
Name - Provide a short name that the platform will use for your company name
Country - Select the country where your company is currently based
Address - Enter the business address for your company
External Users Connections - If you activate this setting then users from outside of your company can connect with you (if you approve them) such as Surgeons and their practise managers to add case requests. If this is disabled no user outside of your company can request to connect with you.
Time Zone - Pick a suitable time zone for your company that defines a reference for your exported documents.
Phone Number - Provide the area code and contact number for your business
Splash Screen Logo - This should be a single white colour logo that is used on the mobile splash screen. Recommended .svg format.
Company Icon - Ideally a square shaped company icon, single colour (black) .svg format.
Document Logo - This should be a full colour .png or .jpeg that can be used across all documents. White or transparent background.
Brand Colour - Select a primary colour that will be used throughout the case platform that best suits your company branding. Strong colours work best for visibility!
Number of employees - Select the most appropriate value for total number of company employees.
It is important that image size and format are correct to provide the best result throughout the platform. Contact us if you need support in generating these files.
Upon any changes being made to these inputs please make sure you save all changes prior to leaving the page otherwise changes will be lost.
Click on the Save Changes button and wait for a confirmation message to appear at the bottom of the page before exiting this page.
