If you have a Kit list that you want to use in Case, then you can enter it into a Kit CSV file, and then import the CSV file into your Kit table in the admin, settings area.

Case provides a template file that you can use as a guide to create your own Kit list to import into your Case platform that can be accessed here or downloaded at the bottom of this article.

NOTE: Column headers and dummy data in the template are for reference only and should all be removed prior to uploading.

Steps:

  1. Login as an admin, and go to Settings.

  2. Click on Kits.

  3. Click the Upload button, and then select or drop your Kits CSV file.

  4. Click Upload to begin the bulk upload and wait for the process to complete.
