If you have a procedure list that you want to use in Case, then you can enter it into a procedure CSV file, and then import the CSV file into your procedure table in the admin, settings area.

Case provides a template file that you can use as a guide to create your own procedure list to import into your Case platform that can be accessed here or downloaded at the bottom of this article.

Steps:

  1. Login as an admin, and go to Settings.

  2. Click on Procedures.

  3. Click the Upload button, and then select or drop your procedure CSV file.

  4. Click Upload to begin the bulk upload and wait for the process to complete.

Description of the procedure CSV file

Review the following considerations for the procedure CSV file:

The template does not support column headers. You can use the Procedure CSV template to help you to create your CSV file. All columns are required and must be present, the values cannot be blank. If data is missing, then you receive an error when you import your CSV file.

Every procedure must have a defined Name, DescriptionAll uploaded data is case sensitive. The capitalization on the CSV file will match how the data appears throughout the platform!

When you import procedure data, your CSV file must be in UTF-8 format. Most spreadsheet applications can save CSV files in UTF-8 format (Comma Delimited) (*.CSV) with the Save As or Export command, depending on the program.
