Sign Up Process (External User)

One unique feature of the Case platform is that you can sign up to Case as a user and engage with existing companies to view and request cases, add notes, access Drive documents and much more all via the mobile platform.

Sign Up is quick and easy to do, and also completely free of any cost.

To create an account please complete the following steps.

Using an iOS device such as an iPhone or iPad, open and search the App Store for Case: Mobile Case Management (or Opologic) to find and install the Case application.

Navigate to and click on the Case app icon to open the application and click on the signup button highlighted below to begin the account process.

Click Sign Up

Complete both pages of the form that follows including a value for each of the below inputs

First Name - Provide your first name.

Last Name - Provide your last/surname.

Email Address - Add the current email that you will use to sign into your account (must be one you have access too for validation purposes).

Select Role - Select your appropriate role from the drop down list, either Surgeon, Practise Manager, Registrar or External Sales Rep.

Please make sure to select the correct role for your account as this cannot be changed in the future.

Set Password - Enter a secure password of more than 8 characters long

Confirm Password - Confirm your password as per the above input.

Click the Sign Up button to complete the account creation process and you’ll be presented with a page listing the companies on the Case platform that you can request to connect with. Scroll through the list or use the search box (if required) to find the companies you wish to work with and tap to select them.

Selected companies are highlighted to show that you have chosen them. Once done press submit and the platform will automatically send out connection requests to those selected companies who will independently review and decide if and how to assign you in their company.

Companies are not obligated to review or agree to connecting with you and may contact you directly to verify your credentials.

You can access the company connections page at any time from the profile page in the app. Just click on the top left icon on the home page to launch your profile page!

Companies you have previously sent connection requests to are shown in the Connections section, and those still pending review are highlighted accordingly.

To connect with additional companies press the Add button to launch the company connections list and select any new companies you wish to connect with and the case platform will again notify those companies of your request.

Surgeon

Surgeons have full visibility over their cases, past & present and the ability to request future cases, add notes, view shipping info, and Drive Documents.

A surgeon connection is a one to one link where you the user is connected to the company and can view and perform actions only on your own behalf.

If connected this will enable you to engage with the team in a number of ways including the following core features

  • You can Request future cases

  • You are notified when requested cases get Booked by the internal team

  • You can add case notes and documents to upcoming cases

  • You can view Case Guidance for cases

  • You can view Drive documents that are visible to the surgeon role

  • you can add usage information to Booked cases

  • You are notified of activity and can view shipping information for cases

  • You can add an existing case to your own device calendar

  • You have access to basic case analytics


Practise Manager (Registrar)

Practise Managers and Registrars are identical in function and are designed to provide full visibility over all cases, past & present for the surgeons with which you are assigned, with the ability to request future cases, add notes, view shipping info, and Drive Documents.

A Practise Manager/Registrar connection is a one to many link where the company can agree to assign you to one or more surgeons.

Once the connection is made all the cases, past present and future for all your assigned surgeons will be immediately available to you!

You can also be assigned to additional surgeons in other companies and therefore manage many surgeons across many companies in just one app.

This connection will enable you to engage with the team in a number of ways including the following core features

  • You can Request a future case on behalf of any of your assigned surgeons

  • You are notified when requested cases get Booked by the internal team for your surgeons

  • You can add case notes and documents to upcoming cases

  • You can view Case Guidance for cases

  • You can view Drive documents that are visible to your role

  • You can add usage information to Booked cases

  • You are notified and can view shipping information for cases

  • You can add an existing case to your own device calendar

  • You have basic case analytics which includes all your surgeons


External Sales Rep

External Sales Reps have full visibility over all cases, past & present for the surgeons with which they are assigned, and the ability to request future cases, add notes, view shipping info, and Drive Documents.

An external sales rep connection, just like the practise manager is a one to many link where you are assigned to one or more existing surgeons within the connected company.

You can also be assigned to additional surgeons in other companies and therefore manage many surgeons across many companies in just one app.

Once the connection is made all the cases, past present and future for all assigned surgeons will be immediately available to you!

Having this connection will enable you to engage with the team in a number of ways including the following core features

  • You can Request a future case on behalf of any of your assigned surgeons

  • You are notified when requested cases get Booked by the internal team for your surgeons

  • You can add case notes and documents to upcoming cases

  • You can view Case Guidance for cases

  • You can view Drive documents that are visible to your role

  • You can add usage information to Booked cases

  • You are notified and can view shipping information for your cases

  • You can add an existing case to your own device calendar

  • You have basic case analytics which includes all your surgeons (across all companies)
