Create a Consignment booking in web portal
1. Navigate to https://case.opologic.com/
2. Click "Cases" tabs
3. Click "Add Case" button
4. Select surgeon from list
5. Choose hospital
6. Choose proceedure
7. If presented with procedure option - select one
8. Click "Next" to proceed
9. Add patient reference
10. Select products to be used in case
11. Click "Next" to proceed
12. Change "Type" of booking to 'Consignment Booking'
13. The system will then show you the consignment equipment at that hospital available for booking.
Select the equipment you want to select for this booking by checking the box
Tip: Don't know which consignment equipment is being used?
Select the option 'Kit info unknown'
14. Click "Next" to proceed
15. The following screen allows additional loan equipment to be shipped. Press 'Skip' if no loan equipment
16. Add any "booking notes" if required
Select "delivery address" if multiple are avaliable
17. Click "Save"
