How to Navigate Shipping and Return Functions

1. Navigate to https://case.opologic.com/
2. Click "Shipping" tab on side bar menu
Tip: Shipping menu provides functionality around both SHIPPING and RETURNING equipment
Outbound Shipping List
3. The "Ship" button provides a list of all orders that have equipment on that requires shipping.
Tip: Orders remain on that shipping list until all items from the order have been shipped. If you part ship an order the order will remain on this this.
4. Filter Shipping List - Click this filter icon
5. Pop-up modal will present showing a number of options for filtering list.
Hide Consignment Cases
Hide Loan Case
Filter by Surgeon
Filter by Hospital
Choose the combination you require
6. The selected filters will appear as pills above the table.
7. To clear pills press the 'x' icon on the pill
Return Equipment List
8. Click "Return" button to access equipment to be returned.
9. Button will highlight once selected
10. The table will display list of equipment to return.
Tip: This list shows all cases that have had all there equipment shipped.
Alert: Equipment becomes OVERDUE return 7 days after case date.
