Return an order containing items
This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to return an order containing items in Case platform It explains how to navigate to the correct page, search for the order, review the items, select the item to return, provide usage details if needed, and complete the return process. Following this guide will help users efficiently return their orders and ensure a smooth experience.
1. Navigate to https://case.opologic.com/
2. Click "Shipping" tab in left side menu
3. Click the "Return" button
4. Search for case by patient name or case number
5. Review items on order
Click "Return" to start return
6. In submenu select item you want to return by clicking on it
7. System will then display details relating to the item shipped
8. If the item is used toggle the switch to 'usage'
9. Complete the return of the item by clicking the "Return" button
10. The popup modal confirms the items with user that will be allocated to usage
11. Click "View Case" to complete the process and return to case details screen
