1. Navigate to https://case.opologic.com/
2. Click on Settings
3. In Settings select Hospitals/Location
4. Select the Territories Panel
5. Click "Add Territory" button
6. Click and Add a territory name in the "Name" field i.e. TAS
7. Click and add a detailed description in the "Description" field i.e. Tasmaina
8. Click "Add Territory" button to create this new territory
9. The new territory will now appear in the table and be available for tagging against Hospitals
