This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to assign a territory to hospitals in settings. It is useful for individuals who need to manage territories and want to efficiently assign them to hospitals.
You can assign more than one territory to a hospital to support complex user visibility!
1. Navigate to https://case.opologic.com/
2. Click Settings
3. Click on Hospitals/locations
4. Click Territories to open the territories panel
5. Click a single checkbox corresponding to a territory you want to assign
6. Click the tag icon to launch the tagging modal
7. Filter the table by State, Country or via search to find hospitals you want to tag with the selected territory
8. Click the checkbox to select all remaining hospitals in table or check boxes against all required hospitals
9. Click "Submit" to apply the territory tag to all selected hospitals
