This guide explains how to define user visibility by territories. By following the steps provided, admins can easily customize which territories are visible to specific users. This feature limits users to view and book cases that are associated with hospitals in their assigned territories, ensuring efficient and targeted user management.

2. Click on Settings

3. Click on Users

4. Click to select the user who you want to edit.

5. In the user info panel toggle on the Territory Visibility control

6. Click "Select Territories"

7. Check the boxes against the territories you want to be visible to this user.

8. You can pick one or more territory to assign to the user.

9. Click "Submit" to confirm the selected territories.

10. Click "Save Changes" to update the user visibility to the defined territories

11. Users with Territory Visibility enabled will only be able to view & book cases that are booked against hospitals with those tags applied.
